The Los Angeles Clippers continued their strong stretch of play Friday night, defeating the Chicago Bulls 119–108 at Intuit Dome on March 13. Led by another strong performance from Kawhi Leonard, the Clippers controlled the tempo for much of the game and secured the home victory in front of the Inglewood crowd. Leonard paced Los Angeles with 28 points, delivering consistent scoring throughout the night with his signature mid-range efficiency and physical drives to the basket.
The Clippers also received a key scoring boost from Bennedict Mathurin, who added 26 points in an impressive offensive performance. Mathurin’s aggressive play and perimeter shooting helped keep the Clippers’ offense flowing, particularly during crucial stretches when the Bulls attempted to close the gap.
Despite the loss, Josh Giddey delivered a standout performance for Chicago, recording a triple-double while orchestrating much of the Bulls’ offense. Giddey contributed across the stat sheet with scoring, rebounding, and playmaking, helping keep Chicago competitive throughout the contest.
Los Angeles will quickly turn its attention to its next matchup, facing the Sacramento Kings on March 14 in the second game of a back-to-back.
For the Clippers, Friday’s win showcased their depth and offensive rhythm—two factors that could prove crucial as the team continues its push toward the postseason.
Los Angeles built momentum early and maintained control through disciplined defense and balanced scoring across the roster. While Chicago made several pushes throughout the game, the Clippers responded with timely baskets and strong defensive possessions to protect their lead.
The victory gives the Clippers back-to-back wins at Intuit Dome and continues to build momentum as the regular season progresses.
