En los dieciseisavos de final, Agüero fue figura en la victoria 4-2 frente a Hashtag United, anotando dos goles, uno de ellos de tiro libre y otro que definió el encuentro con el denominado gol de oro, que aseguró el pase a los octavos de final.
Además, asistió en el primer tanto del equipo, obra de Federico Freire, mientras que Tomás Granitto también aportó al marcador. La Selección Potrero avanza con confianza en un certamen que reúne a exfutbolistas de renombre internacional y talentos emergentes, bajo un formato dinámico de fútbol 7.
El equipo jugará los octavos de final este viernes (rival aún por confirmar), y en caso de avanzar, los cuartos de final y semifinales se disputarán el 7 y 8 de junio, mientras que la gran final está prevista para el lunes 9.
